This is your first visit with your Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Here we will get to know each other and begin the process of developing your personalized treatment plan through a detailed evaluation.
$250 - 60-90 minutes

This is each subsequent visit with your psychiatric nurse practitioner after your initial evaluation.
$125 - 30 minutes
$150 - 45 minutes
$175 - 60 minutes

It is expected that clients will prioritize the time with their provider. If they must cancel or reschedule this must be done at least 24 business hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the card on file being charged the following fees at the time of the scheduled appointment:
No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee: $75
Provider may elect to discharge you from the practice for repeated no-shows or late cancellations.
